If you ask me, going on a cruise is the way to travel. They provide entertainment non-stop, all you can eat soft-served ice cream (yum), and delicious meals throughout the entire week. I thought so, at least! Our first stop, we rented a moped in Cozumel, Mexico and rode around the island and explored different beaches and other areas. This was probably our favorite day of the trip, we had an absolute blast. Nick speaks Spanish very well (he served a Spanish speaking mission) and it was fun to watch him mingle with the locals while speaking Spanish. He even made friends with a member of the church while we visited a little tourist, hut shop on one of the beaches. The second day, we stopped at Belize and took a 2 hour bus ride inland, to visit some amazing Mayan ruins. For the third day, we decided to rent a moped again (since it was so fun the first time) and to ride around and explore Roatan, Honduras. It felt like driving through the jungle which made us feel like we were in a movie. We did find a non-expensive beach to access and did a little snorkeling as well. The beach we found was amazing and absolutely gorgeous! For our last stop at Grand Cayman Islands, we went snorkeling through their amazing coral reef and at Sting Ray City. That's right, we swam with a bunch of STING RAYS! Holy smokes, it was pretty intense, and the water was absolutely amazing! We loved Grand Cayman and it was our next favorite stop of the trip. It is not only beautiful like the other destinations, but it felt a whole lot cleaner as well. That is one place I would love to travel back to. I keep begging Nick to purchase one of their beautiful, get-away condos in Grand Cayman.....maybe one day..... ;)
